• Set and track shared goals with their partner
• Document growth moments and reflections
• View memories on an interactive journey map
• Add photos and locations to entries

3. User Accounts & Data

Almost Engaged does not require user accounts or registration. All data is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or have access to any of your personal relationship data, photos, or information entered into the App.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for its intended purpose of personal relationship tracking
• Be responsible for maintaining backups of your own data
• Not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the App

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, content, and code, is the property of Almost Engaged and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Almost Engaged shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, arising from your use of the App.

Since all data is stored locally on your device, we are not responsible for any data loss that may occur due to device failure, App deletion, software updates, or any other reason. We strongly recommend regularly backing up your device.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website or within the App. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. We reserve the right to discontinue the App or any features at any time without prior notice.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
